Coincidence Luck Intuition Destiny Fate Higher Power Soul Manifestation …. the list goes on.

Many health practices all have similar roots…being in touch with your body from a mental and “spiritual” standpoint. The origin of Yoga in India was breath manipulation and being able to control one’s breathing. Breathing is currently, and has previously been, a very popular topic to help one accomplish various physiological responses.
Meditation, unique to everyone, works towards awareness rather than control of one’s thoughts. You may feel a sense of “peace” or “enlightenment” as a result, all accomplished via unique personal preferences. Surfing, routinely watching the sun rise/set, religious participation, and many other forms all help reach individuals reflect internally and eliminate the various external distractions

On the other end of the spectrum, you have the consequences going through life due to momentum without the routine of any mental practice. Have you ever heard someone say “I knew better, but did it anyway” or “Do as I say not as I do” A busy mind, a lack of internal reflection and as a result of lack of foresight is a result of ignoring one of the major pillars of overall health and wellness – The Mental Component.
This Monday Motivator is a question to some and challenge to others.
